Returning Products to Medentra Australia

Faulty Products:

All goods on sale from Medentra are subject to the laws of The Australian Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
In addition to this Medentra Australia will honour a 3 Year Warranty against manufacturing defects.
To get a Refund or Exchange please do the following:
Stop using the faulty product so it can be returned.
Provide details of the fault and your preferred choice of remedy , call us on 1300 769 457.
Provide proof of purchase.
Medentra Australia will arrange collection of the faulty product if you contact us,
or alternatively you can use Australia Post to the address below.
In the event of the product being faulty Medentra Australia will cover freight costs via our nominated carrier.

Unsatisfied or Change of Mind Returns:

If you are not completely satisfied with your product, return it to us for a refund or exchange.
Limited to 7 Days after Invoice Date.
You will need your Tax Invoice as proof of purchase and a short statement to say why the goods are unsatisfactory.
For change of mind return/exchange, delivery fee is non-refundable and return freights costs are to be prepaid
by the customer.
